    I'm Jon and for the last 20 years I've been helping people to get in shape, lose weight, increase strength and mobility and feel good and confident about themselves.


    My aim as a health and fitness professional is to Support, Develop and Guide people like yourself to realise your potential and be the best you can be.

    My support programme will give you the tools you need to take the correct steps forward the most efficient way possible.

    • You may be struggling for momentum and direction and need that accountability to support you through.
    • You may be coming back from injury or time away for one reason or another and just want to get moving again.
    • You may have lost confidence in your ability to move freely due to your age or life circumstances.

    I am here to support you and set realistic goals, develop your movement, strength and fitness levels and guide you through the most effective and efficient path.

    Online Personal Training Programme:

    Is a new and exciting way to offer you the support and guidance required to enable you to achieve your fitness goals whilst establishing lifetime positive healthy habits. The advantage of online training is that it is available to anyone, anywhere without compromising the intensity of the session.


    In Person - Personal Training Programme:

    We can train together at home, in a personal studio or out doors.

    Home training may be your preferred options and with over 20 years of training experience I am able to adapted and utilize any area to get the most out of our sessions.

    I also operate out of a couple exclusive training studios that are personal and well equipment to cater for a variety of training requirements.

    Tim trains with myself on a one to one basis as well as joins in on the Functional Living programme and is committed to regular training and movement patters to stay active, fit and health.

    Once you have signed up to a free consultation, I will send you an online lifestyle questionnaire. This questionnaire is quite in depth and will provide me with a substantial amount of information in preparation for our first consultation.

    After this we will have a Zoom meeting where we will discuss the questionnaire as well as look at a few simple movement patterns. This will give me sufficient information to create a bespoke programme for you.

    I am not a trainer who utilises generic programmes. You will benefit from personal contact time with me as often as you require which will be divided between one to one sessions or within a class setting.

    The programme is thorough offering weekly training sessions, personal check-ins, a weekly class programme, a personalised training plan via our training app, tracking of body weight and measurements as well as nutritional support.
