    We can train together at home, in a personal studio, outdoors and also online.

    For the over 60's Stay Mobile and Active

    This programme is specifically for the over 60's. 3 online classes a week in a class setting but from the comfort of your own home. The programme delivers high quality fitness training for the later years focusing on strength, mobility. endurance and balance with the goal to keep you fit and mobile well into the later years of life.

    I deliver specialist coaches for each individual and can make adaptations for any physical need.

    Effective and efficiant Training

    On Line Morning Training Sessions from the convience of your home. Start your day the right way with our morning training programme. Our sessions are based arounds body weight movments and resistance training For our resistant session we work with resistance bands or whatever equipment you have. I can tailor and and work the session to whatever equipment you have.

    I'm Jon and for the last 25 years I've been helping people to get in shape, lose weight, increase strength and mobility and feel good and confident about themselves.


    My aim as a health and fitness professional is to Support, Develop and Guide people like yourself to realise your potential and be the best you can be.


    I have always immersed myself in fitness and adventure, from my younger years through skateboarding and windsurfing I also committed my time to fitness training to build strength, endurance, mobility and balance so I could excel at my chosen sports.

    Through years of training and coaching surfing and windsurfing I have had the opportunity to support many different people from high level athletes to people recovering from sickness and injury.


    I have also spent many years supporting individuals to lose weight, change their body competitions and seen people gain in confidence of who they are and what they can achieve.

    Over the past few years I have had the privilege of working with individuals who want a better quality of life with confidence to move freely regardless of their age or ailments.


    It gives me great satisfaction to see people moving confidently, staying active and feeling good about themselves about what they can achieve.


    When I am not training with people or eating good food I love to spend time with family and friends, close to, or preferably on the water.
